Finances and accounting

NetSuite cloud accounting software simplifies the process of recording transactions, managing debts and receivables, collecting taxes, closing records, and enabling accurate reporting and greater control over financial assets.

Automates labor-intensive planning and budgeting processes.

With real-time access to financial data, you can quickly explore the options available and generate statements for compliance with financial regulations.

Designed with a location for Romania, NetSuite allows you to send VAT and VIES returns in XML format to local tax authorities (ANAF).

Manufacturing

The oldest version of ERP – Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems have been designed for manufacturers, and production remains a key component. Today, ERP systems usually have a production management system or a production execution system (MES). The production module helps manufacturers to plan production and ensure that they have everything they need for the planned sessions, such as raw materials and machine capacity.

During the manufacturing process, it can update the status of the current goods and help companies to track the actual production in relation to the forecasted production. It also provides a real-time overview, information on ongoing items and finished products. It can calculate the average time to produce an item and then compare the supply with the forecast demand.

Inventory Management

Provides a unique, real-time inventory overview at all locations, enabling companies to reduce available inventory while avoiding inventory depletion.

Ensuring multi-channel product availability helps companies keep costs low while exceeding customer expectations.

Order Management

Manages the life cycle of an order from the moment a customer places it to delivery and after-sales service. It also helps automate support functions.

It ensures an accurate record, by validating the order, confirming the shipment, payment and continuous communication with customers. NetSuite Order Management also supports complex processes, such as split shipping services. Tracking and managing the flow of information with suppliers in all locations ensures fast and efficient order movement and minimizes delays.

Warehouse Management

It facilitates the automation of stock operations and the equality between the written and the factual stock: organization of the warehouse, verification of stocks, operations on various cells.

Optimizes day-to-day operations in different locations, using cutting-edge practices such as scanning mobile RF barcodes, defined storage and collection strategies, task management as well as permits to return goods, stocks, which can quickly become an inefficient manual process.

NetSuite WMS eliminates manual processes, minimizing handling costs and meeting customer expectations.

Supply chain management

Solutions that allow companies to monitor the flow of goods from suppliers directly to customers. Thus, the production works smoothly, making sure that all materials are available in the right locations, precisely planning machines and resources at work. Integrates sales and finance teams.

Procurement capabilities ensure communication with suppliers and accuracy throughout the process. Demand planning, inventory management, and predictive analytics optimize production strategies and work orders to ensure full execution of supply plans and delivery of compliant products.

Workforce management

A workforce management module is similar to a human resources management module, it can monitor employee attendance and hours, and it can measure things like productivity and staff absenteeism. Remuneration could also be included in this module.

A payroll sub-module automatically distributes the salaries of the employees in an established schedule, with the corresponding taxes deducted and deals with the reimbursement of expenses. It can also provide reports on salary expenses, total overtime, and similar KPIs.

Professional Services Automation (PSA)

It is a service resource management module and allows an organization to plan projects. Service-based businesses often use this module. The application tracks the status of projects, managing human and capital resources throughout, allowing managers to approve expenses and timesheets.

Facilitates collaboration between teams by keeping all related documents in one common place. In addition, the PSA module can automatically prepare and send invoices to customers based on billing cycle rules.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Stores all customer and potential customer information. This includes the company’s communication history with a person – the date and time of calls and emails, its purchase history. A CRM improves customer service because employees can easily access all the information they need when working with a customer.

More complex CRM modules can support customer segmentation (enabling more targeted marketing), contact managers, and advanced reporting tools.

Human Resources Management and Payroll System (HRMS)

A suite of software applications that manages the processes throughout the life cycle of employees. It enables companies to fully understand their workforce while respecting ever-changing tax laws and regulations. Leaders and HR staff are the main users, conducting day-to-day operations in relation to the workforce, being responsible for compliance and performance reporting: managing human resources and payroll tasks in the same location, Monitoring reimbursements, incentives and tracking time.

Used to generate data on labor trends. Top vendors go beyond basic accounting to help a company gather financial information from HR data.

E-commerce

Some vendors offer an e-commerce module for companies that want to sell online. This module allows companies to quickly launch a business-to-business (B2B) or business-to-consumer (B2C) site. Top-selling applications include easy-to-use tools that allow employees to easily add new items, update product content (item descriptions, titles, specifications, images, etc.), and change the look of the site.

When the e-commerce application is integrated with other ERP applications, all payment, order and inventory information is transmitted (from the e-commerce module) to the shared database. This ensures that all transactions are added to the registry, out-of-print items are removed from the site, and orders are shipped on time.

Automated marketing

As well as e-commerce, some software vendors have developed a marketing automation module. This module manages digital marketing campaigns such as email, web, social media and SMS. It can automate email submissions based on campaign rules and has advanced customer segmentation features so that only relevant messages are received.

Marketing automation software, whether it’s part of the ERP system or a separate solution, can provide detailed reports on campaign performance to shape future marketing plans and expenses. These applications increase customer loyalty and, over time, sales.

Acquisitions

The procurement module assists an organization in purchasing the materials or products it needs to manufacture and/or sell goods. Companies can keep a list of approved vendors in this module and link those vendors to certain items. The module can automate quotation requests, then track and analyze incoming quotes.

Once a company accepts an offer, the procurement module helps the procurement department prepare and send purchase orders. It can then track that purchase order as the seller turns it into a sales order and ships the goods, automatically updating the inventory levels once the order arrives.
